11/05/25 The 2026 Annual Meeting will be held on Tuesday December 9, 2025 at 6:30 PM and will be located at the Clifton Library. The Annual Meeting packet is posted below under "Custom Documents".

10/02/25 The irrigation for the common areas is scheduled to be shut down and winterized on October 24, 2025.
