HOA Responsible for: Management services, Insurance, Taxes, Landscape of Common Area to include shrub and bush trimming 3 times per season, lawn care, Pump/pond - irrigation system HOA sign, Snow removal w/ 2" trigger.

Schools: Tope Elementary, West Middle School, Grand Junction High School
