4/24/24 The April Board Meeting has been cancelled.

4/23/24 Irrigation is scheduled to be turned on tomorrow morning (04/24). Please be patient as unforeseen circumstances may cause delays or interruptions.

4/17/24 Asphalt maintenance will be completed this Friday, April 19, 2024 in the morning. Please make parking arranagements so that cars are not in any parking spaces and so that asphalt is not tracked into homes and garages. Please contact HPM with any questions.

3/29/24 The March Board Meeting was held on Thursday March 25,2024 at 5:30 PM in the Clubhouse. Meeting minutes will be posted soon.

3/16/24 Infomation concerning the McDonald's to be constructed across from Bookcliff Country Club is posted below under 'Custom Documents'.

11.01.23 Insurance is in place. New Insurance Company is Home Loan. Documents are posted.
