HOA Responsible for: Management Services, Insurance, Taxes, Landscape of Common Area, and Irrigation System (electricity/water shares, turn on & winterization, backflow prevention testing, etc.).  

Schools: Clifton Elementary, Mount Garfield Middle, Palisade High School
