10/8/26 Diversity Mechanical will be conducting swamp cooler shutdown on Wednesday, October 14, 2026. Please have your cooler turned off and set your cooler panel out on the front porch by 8:00 AM that day. Then, safely store your summer panel Diversity leaves on your front porch for next spring. If you have an older cooler, please make sure to leave your covers and straps on the front porch by 8:00 AM that day as well.

04/27/26 Swamp Coolers are scheduled for start up this Wednesday, April 29, 2026.

04/02/26 The 2026 Annual Meeting will be held on Wednesday, April 29, 2026 at 5:30 at the Heritage Office. The Annual Meeting packet is posted below.

10/15/25 Swamp Coolers will be shut down on Tuesday October 21, 2025. Please turn off coolers and place covers/straps or metal inserts on front patios by 7:00 AM Tuesday morning.
